Captain Steven Yaroma of Seminole Landing nominated Heather Van Riper as Titan's December Employee of the Month.  On a daily basis, Ms. Van Riper processes requests, answers questions, ensures that pay and benefits are readily accessible and accurate for Titan's numerous sites. Despite assorted demands from a variety of officers and supervisors, there is never a harsh word or a forgotten telephone call.  Captain Yaroma wholeheartedly suggests that the entire Titan Security Team should recognize her contribution to the success of Titan's overall operation.

Officer Exodus Rodney is awarded Officer of the Month for his outstanding job in September. During Captain Johnson's time off, Officer Exodus covered the community's security needs with professionalism and confidence insuring everything ran smoothly.

Rosetta Schaaf

Officer Rosetta Schaaf is an outstanding member of the Woodfield team and was unanimously voted by her supervisors Officer of the Month. Since joining our team, Rosetta has brought a wealth of experience to the midnight shift. Along with her positive attitude and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, she consistently demonstrates the expected level of Titan professionalism at both Dispatch & Access Control.

 

Officer Schaaf is well respected by our clients and her co-workers. She takes a great deal of pride in her work and plays a valuable role in The Titan International Security team.

Officer Beyer carries himself in a professional manner and always maintains a polite and reassuring demeanor. He is well liked by the community's residents and his interaction with them has established a useful forum for the residents to communicate their needs and concerns. Officer Beyer exhibits confidence and conveys to residents and guests a sincere concern for their welfare.

As a supervisor, I know I can depend on Officer Beyer; this was evident when an employee was recently out for an extended period and left us below the minimal staffing requirements. Officer Beyer was instrumental in assisting this facility in covering the vacancies on short notice and aided in maintaining the high level of service that the Seminole community has come to expect from Titan International.

Tiffany Brown
Woodfield Country Club

Officer Brown's outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the property manager, residents and guests immediately creates a friendly interaction while performing duties for both Access Control and Dispatch. She also displays a positive attitude while on duty as well as a very professional appearance. Our management staff has received numerous compliments on her work performance.

Officer Brown is also well respected by co-workers. She takes great pride in her work and is an invaluable member of The Titan International team at Woodfield Country Club.

Officer Tomasz Zielinski's professionalism, attitude and appearance continuously meet the Titan's high standards. His attendance and punctuality are flawless and he readily volunteers to assist the Titan team at Old Palm Golf Club whenever necessary. Officer Zielinski's excellent work ethic is infectious and sets an example for his fellow officers. A credit to the security team at Old Palm, Officer is an invaluable member of Titan International.

George Flo
Woodfield Country Club

Officer George Flo has been a member of the Titan team since May 2006 and has developed into one of the site's finest Officers. He excels in Road Patrol and Access Control duties and is certified as a First Responder. Readily available to accept any and all overtime shift, Officer Flo consistently shows a willingness to help the Titan team in any way possible.

Georges' excellent attitude and friendly demeanor are the perfect combination to compliment our staff. He is will liked by the residents and he is a favorite amongst his peers.

Officer Dan Green is very well respected by co-workers and an invaluable member of the Titan team. Whether working access control at the gatehouse, patrolling the community or assisting at the clubhouse, his excellent attitude, professional demeanor and tireless work ethic displayed each day are infectious amongst the entire staff. David Wright

Seminole's renowned reputation and its association with the exclusive membership of Seminole Golf Club each dictate a level of flawless service. The initial impression of the community for residents and Club guests is our security officer manning the gate. This is where Officer David Wright excels; he always carries himself in a professional manner and constantly maintains a polite and reassuring demeanor. His uniform and personal presence exhibit confidence and instills in residents and guests a perception of confidence. A valuable respected of our team, Officer Wright interacts well with his peers and supervisors.

Officer Roberts is Woodfields first Officer of the Month recipient who has been voted in by his Supervisors while still on probation. While either working access control at one of the gatehouses or patrolling the community, Ray's excellent attitude, professional demeanor & tireless work ethic displayed each & every day is infectious with the entire staff. His attendance & punctuality is unblemished and he is always willing to help our team in any way possible.

Since joining the Titan staff here at Woodfield Country Club in November 07, Officer Nathan Barnswell has been an exceptional addition to the Midnight x 8:00am shift. Officer Barnswell continuously demonstrates a professional attitude which is evidenced by his setting the standard for uniform appearance. He excels in Road Patrol and Access Control duties and has recently completed the intense "First Responder" program. He is readily available to accept any and all overtime shifts and shows a willingness to help the Titan team in any way possible.

Officer Orville Wright

Since joining our security staff on October 25, 2007, Officer Orville Wright has proven to be a highly reliable member of the Tactical and Road Patrol Team. He is proficient with Access Control and quickly assimilated the policies and procedures of both Titan International & Woodfield Country Club. Not only is his attendance record outstanding, he is always willing to go the extra mile for the Titan team.

Officer Wright takes great pride in his work and it shows -- He is well respected by Homeowners, HOA and his co-workers.

Officer Michael Freeman
Saturnia

Captain Michael Freeman started with Titan as a patrolman/gate officer, and quickly advanced to Patrol Sergeant. His transition into a supervisory role was quite natural and Michael rapidly gained the respect of his fellow officers. As a result of his diligence and ability to lead, he was again promoted to Captain. Since his promotion, Captain Freeman has received several compliments from residents of the Saturnia community, as well as his staff. Other Titan communities in which Michael started his security career still ask: "How is Mike? We miss him." It is this type of professionalism, kindness and respect that Titan looks for in all of its officers.

Officer Tipton is highly motivated and demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the residents and guests. Officer Joshua Henschel
Village Walk of Wellington

Officer Joshua Henschel while working the midnight shift observed a mentally and emotionally challenged male climb over a locked fence and enter Village Walk's pool area at 3:45 A.M. Officer Henschel witnessed this incident while monitoring the recently installed security camera system. Joshua kept the suspect under surveillance and contacted the Sheriffs Department. He was able to direct the responding officers to the suspect's exact location which resulted in immediate apprehension. Because of Officer Henschel's attentive response, he was able to avert a possibly damaging or tragic situation at Village Walk. The Board of Directors, Security Committee, Property Management and Director of Security are proud of Officer Henschel's conduct and dedication to serving the needs of the residents of Village Walk.

Sgt. Cherlanne Etienne
Woodfield Country Club

Sgt. Etienne continues to rise to the challenge of her rank of Sergeant and title as Gatehouse/Dispatch Field Training Officer. She puts in an outstanding effort to ensure that each new recruit is trained properly in every aspect of Gatehouse duties, making certain that at all times, the residents of Woodfield receive the best service possible. Sgt. Etienne takes pride in her work and is well respected by the H.O.A., residents and fellow officers -- truly an invaluable member of Titan International.

Since joining The Titan International staff here at Woodfield in November - 2006, Sgt. Sangriu has quickly adapted to the strenuous day-to-day duties as shift supervisor. Sgt. Sangriu continuously maintains an excellent attitude and is always willing to help our team anyway he can. He also demonstrates an impeccable uniform appearance and maintains a professional demeanor when interacting with the residents, guests and the staff.

Recently at the request of the Security Committee Chairperson, he demonstrated traffic stop, radar & video recording procedures to an organized youth group. The demonstration proved to reflect a positive image for the entire security staff here at Woodfield. Sgt. Sangriu takes great pride in his work and is an invaluable member of The Titan International staff here at Woodfield Country Club.

Officer Sylvia Graves
Montecito

Officer Graves has done an outstanding job at the Gables Montecito job site. She goes above and beyond her normal job duties. She documents all the changes to the information in the resident database, and forwards the changes to management accordingly. She expedites the distributing of the resident's remote controls for gate access by calling to advise them when we have received them. She also has a perfect attendance record and exemplifies the type of work ethic that reflects the type of professionalism that Titan International looks for in an employee/employer relationship.

Officer Anderson brought a wealth of security knowledge and experience to the Woodfield site. Admiral's Cove Golf Village's Officer of the Month for October is James Berry. His work and "can do attitude" during Hurricane Wilma was outstanding. Despite losing his home in last year's storms, Officer Berry manned his post and was willing to do whatever was necessary both during and after the storm to make sure our residents were safe. Always willing to lend a hand, Officer Berry is well liked by his colleagues and residents.

Sgt. James LoRusso continuously demonstrates a professional attitude which is evidenced by his setting the standard for uniform appearance. He excels in his Road and Access Control duties and was an instrumental part of the "Titan Hurricane Team" during the devastating strength of Wilma. Sgt. LoRusso also is readily available to accept any and all overtime shifts and shows a willingness to help the Titan team in any way possible.

She is always willing to help the residents and guests of Golf Village, her supervisors and fellow colleagues. She never says "NO".

Officer Edna Nicolas

We are happy to welcome back, as well as, recognize one of the star team members, Officer Edna Nicolas. She has quickly re-adapted to the strenuous day-to-day gatehouse duties. Always the team player, she continues to maintain her cheerful attitude and lend a hand wherever needed. Officer Nicolas possesses outstanding customer service skills and excels in her Access Control duties. She is a pleasure to work with and we are proud to have her as part of team.

An experienced security professional, Officer Rick Stanley has brought a wealth of security knowledge & experience to Woodfield Country Club. He has adapted well to his initial Road assignment, quickly learning all policies & procedures, and has also excelled as a member of the T.O.R.T. team. His observations while on duty and his report writing are outstanding. Always ready and willing to help, Officer Stanley inspires confidence and teamwork. Well liked and respected by his colleague and our residents, Officer Stanley takes great pride in his work and it shows.

Sgt. David Hugo
Woodfield Country Club

Sgt. David Hugo is the Traffic Supervisor and The Field Training Officer for all road patrol positions. A member of the security team at Woodfield since June 2003, he has always been the consummate professional. He has protected many dignitaries including, President George Bush, New York Mayor Ed Koch and Senator Joseph Biden.

Working in a difficult position (Traffic), he continuously impresses the Woodfield H.O.A. Board and Titan management by keeping the roadways as safe as possible. His vehicle stops are textbook and his work at the school bus detail guarantees the safe drop-off of the students. Sgt. Hugo is well respected by both the Client and his co-workers. He takes great pride in his work and is an invaluable member of The Titan International team.

Officer BrendaWalton
Admiral's Cove Golf Village

A very organized person, Officer Brenda Walton has quickly learned protocols and procedures for both Titan and her community. Constantly ready for anything, she helps make sure her fellow officers are also prepared. Officer Walton is first to check the day's paperwork and communicate any vital information to her supervisors. She is fast on her toes and is also very good with the residents.

As Woodfield's Gatehouse/Dispatch Field Training Officer (FTO), Sgt. Cori Stanley is extremely successful at turning new recruits in to top quality "WCC Material" officers. Expecting only the best, Sgt. Stanley sets the example by arriving early each day in order to prepare for her shift. She is constantly focused on coaching new officers through Titan's rigorous training program; her students not only understand procedure, but can perform their duties to a high degree of proficiency.

Respected by the H.O.A., residents and staff, Sgt. Stanley takes pride in her work and it always shows in the final product. She truly is an invaluable member of The Titan International Team at Woodfield Country Club.

Sgt. Barrin Bassis
Admiral's Cove Golf Village|

Recently promoted to the level of shift supervisor, Sgt. Barrin Bassis extends extra effort to learn new policies and complete diversified tasks. Always the ultimate team player, Bassis is willing to work seven days a week and cover any shift whenever the need arises.

As a leader, he takes pride in setting an example which is evidenced by the way he keeps Titan's vehicle immaculately washed & waxed.

Quickly adapting to the strenuous day-to-day duties of the gatehouse, Officer Paul maintains a cheerful attitude -- greeting residents, guests and her co-workers with a constant smile. Her uniform is meticulous and her ability to work the gate flawlessly has garnered Paul numerous compliments from residents and guests, as well as her peers. Always eager to help her team in anyway, she is both a pleasure to work with and a perfect example of Titan customer service.

Lt. Mansfield
Admiral's Cove Golf Village|

Lt. Mansfield, a team player, is awarded Officer of the Month for his ideas that have helped the officers here at Admiral's Cove Golf Village|, along with the local Fire Department. He has mapped out the property and indicated the quickest route for the patrolman & Fire Rescue to access the golf course in case of a medical call. He is an outstanding officer doing an outstanding job.

Officer Price is highly motivated, respected by his co-workers and well liked by clients and guests. His First Responder skills are second to none and he is proficient in both Road Patrol and Gate Access.
